A new study shares which candies are searched for the most in each state.

Halloween is right around the corner and with it comes the excitement of trick-or-treaters knocking on your door. While there are many candies on the market to stock up on to keep your trick-or-treaters happy, consider which ones are the most popular in your state. Taffy Shop, a Utah-based candy store, conducted a study using online search trend volume in each state to find out which candies are the most popular in every state.

According to the study, many states have held true to Halloween candy corn and other nostalgic favorites. Classic chocolates like Snickers, Kit Kat, and Reese’s Cups are ranked the most popular among many states and in the Midwest, but the popularity of fruity and chewy candies such as Skittles, Starbursts, and Sour Patch Kids are on the rise this Halloween season, particularly in the West and South.
