This privacy policy explains how the Lifesoffers mobile applications, including Dreamly.ai, handle your data in accordance with Google Play’s Data Safety policies.

1. Data Collection and Usage

• Dream data you enter is stored locally on your device.
• When you request an interpretation, your dream text is temporarily sent to a secure cloud function (hosted via Vercel), which forwards it to Google AI (Gemini) for processing.
• No personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or IP address is collected or stored by us.

2. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

The only external data transmission occurs when a dream interpretation is requested. Your dream text is processed securely and used solely to return an AI-generated result.

3. AI-Generated Content Reporting

DreamlyAI allows users to report AI-generated content that they find offensive, inappropriate, or spam directly within the app. Reports may include information about the content being reported, but no personal data or user-identifiable information is collected. All report data is stored securely in our backend (Upstash Redis) and is used solely to improve app safety, moderate content, and prevent abuse. Report data is not shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Dream logs remain only on your device and can be deleted at any time.
• No data is stored permanently on any server. The cloud function processes information in real time only.

5. Security

Although no data is stored remotely, we recommend keeping your device and app up to date to maintain the highest level of security.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here and the "Effective Date" will be revised accordingly.
